• 1 in 3 leisure visitors to Birmingham visited BMAG in 2010/11
• BMAG welcomed c900,000 people through its doors last year
• BMAG has over half a million items in its collections, housed across 7 sites
• Through our international loans programme, last year 282 objects from Birmingham’s collections were seen by 2.7million people worldwide
• Visitors to our temporary exhibitions have doubled in the past 5 years
• Our award winning learning teams facilitated visits by over 70,000 schoolchildren in 2010/11
