All areas of the Museum Collections Centre are accessible by wheelchair except for one small mezzanine floor which contains boxed, smaller objects from the Science collections.
There is a disabled toilet in the main warehouse and a lift to the upper floors of the warehouse extension.
There are disabled toilets on both floors of the office and small object stores area of the site and a lift from the entrance to all floors.
However access between the warehouse and office areas requires visitors in wheelchairs to make a short journey outside.
There is plenty of free car parking at the Centre with designated disabled parking bays.
